The submission for the official competition of the Busan Peace Film Festival, which will be held in October, has begun. We kindly ask for your attention and participation🎬💗

1. Date: October 25(Fri) to October 27(Sun), 2024, for 3 days

2. Awards

- Dreaming Peace Award (Grand Prize) (Cash prize of 2 million KRW and Trophy)

- Outstanding Feature Film Award  (Cash prize of 1 million KRW and Trophy)

- Outstanding Short Film Award  (Cash prize of 1 million KRW and Trophy)

- Audience Award (Prize and Certificate)

In case of joint winners, the cash prize will be evenly divided.

3. Submission Guide

1) Eligibility

- Films must have been completed after January 2023 that convey implications related to peace (anti-discrimination, anti-violence, anti-war, environmental issues, sharing/community, inter-Korean relations/reunification).

- There are no restrictions on the length and genre of the film, and anyone interested can submit.

* Films that have previously been submitted to the festival with the same title may be excluded from the judging process.

* Films completed before 2023 that have been partially edited may be excluded from the judging process.

2) Submission Period: April 17(Wed) 10:00 AM toMay 20(Mon) 18:00,  2024  

3) How to submit

- Individual submission should be made by filling out the entry form and submitting it on the online submission page (Google Form).
